Shipping/ Returns

We now have World Wide Shipping. Shipping cost is calculated through USPS and is based on Zip Code and Weight of orders. A 7% Sales Tax will be added to All Florida Residents, No Tax exempt orders will be excepted. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of all Domestic Orders and up to 3 weeks for International. Some delays may occur during Holidays or due to Customs.

Our Return Policy:
Due to the Personalized nature of our products, we do not offer a return policy. Please be sure all info used for the personalization of our products is correct, we will charge a fee to reprint products if the info is incorrect and ship at buyers expense. If the error is due to our mistake, we will gladly send a replacement item at no cost.
